The aim of the course is to critically examine, investigate and consolidate issues related to strategic planning, mainly at national and supranational level. The geographical scope of this research covers the national and European space with specific references to issues of international interest. Particular emphasis is placed on integrating modern strategic issues in spatial planning such as maritime spatial planning, climate change adaptation, spatial governance and more.
